Package Itinerary:
Day 01: – Delhi to Shimla (570 Kms /11-12Hrs).
You will be picked up from Delhi Railway Station or Airport for your journey to Shimla. Travel comfortably in your personal Tempo Traveller, enjoying the scenic views as you embark on an overnight trip.
Day 02: Shimla – Local & Kufri Sightseeing - Shimla (24 Kms).
Start your day with a delightful morning breakfast before diving into the vibrant local sights of Shimla! Explore the renowned Indian Institute of Advanced Studies and Sankat Mochan Temple. Then, head to Kufri for some breathtaking sightseeing, where you'll experience the stunning Green Valley, the beautiful Wild Flower Hall, and the charming Indira Tourist Park. Mini Zoo and the picturesque Fagu Valley. After a day full of exploration, return to your hotel for a delicious dinner and unwind with an overnight stay, recharging for more adventures ahead!
Day 03: Shimla –Enroute-Kullu- Manali (280 Kms / 7 Hrs).
After breakfast, get ready for an adventure as we check out from our Shimla hotel and hit the road to Manali! On the way, we’ll stop in the vibrant town of Kullu, famous for its thrilling rafting on the Beas River—perfect for those seeking a rush of adrenaline! Explore the renowned Kullu shawl industry and marvel at the stunning Nagar Castle, soaking in the breathtaking views. As the evening draws near, we’ll make our way to Manali and check into our hotel. The rest of the day is yours to unwind and soak up the local vibe. Enjoy a delicious dinner and settle in for a cozy overnight stay, recharging for the exciting adventures that lie ahead!
Day 04: Manali - Local Sightseeing – Manali.
Start your day with a hearty breakfast before embarking on a tour of local attractions. First, visit the Hadimba Devi Temple, a stunning wooden structure set amidst cedar forests. Next, explore the Club House, where you can engage in various recreational activities. Continue your journey to the Tibetan Monastery, where you can appreciate the serene atmosphere and beautiful architecture. After that, take a leisurely stroll through Van Vihar, a picturesque park featuring lush greenery and tranquil surroundings. Finally, head to Mall Road for some shopping and local delicacies. After a fulfilling day of sightseeing, return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 05: Manali -Solang Valley Sightseeing.
Enjoy a morning breakfast before setting off for Solang Valley, a stunning picnic spot known for its breathtaking landscapes. Day 06: Manali – Delhi Departure.

o Additional sightseeing or extra vehicle usage beyond what's mentioned in the itinerary.
o Entrance fees and guide charges for certain attractions.
o Costs arising from natural calamities (like landslides, road blockages, or political
disturbances) will need to be covered by the client and paid on the spot.
o Any increase in taxes or fuel prices that may affect surface transportation and land
arrangements before your departure.
o Insurance—we recommend securing travel insurance for peace of mind.
o Special Note: Himachal Road Tax Suppose to increase if it will increase you have to pay
directly whatever will be extra amount.

Cancellation Policy:-
✓ 25% cancellation of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the hotel voucher.
✓ 30% cancellation of the package cost before 10 days of the traveling date.
✓ 70% cancellation of the package cost before 05 days of the traveling date.
✓ 100% cancellations before 03 days of the travel date.
✓ Any train and flight tickets cancellation will be applicable as per Indian railway/
✓ airline rules and refund/adjustment can be given only after receiving the refund from the
train or airline company.

➢ Hotel Choices: Feel free to check the hotels quoted by our executive! If you’d like to change any hotels or upgrade your services, just be aware that additional charges may apply. Please double check everything before you confirm.
➢ Changes to Your Itinerary: If you need to make any changes, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your confirmation voucher. Last-minute changes or changes at check-in depend on availability and may incur additional charges.
➢ Sightseeing Adjustments: We may need to reschedule sightseeing days if any monuments are closed, ensuring that your tour runs smoothly.
➢ Extra Costs: Please be aware that extra costs may apply for unforeseen events. Rates may change based on hotel rates, transport costs, government taxes, or entrance fees.
➢ Payment on Arrival: If any amount is due upon arrival, please ensure all payments are made at the time of pickup. If payments aren't made, services will be paused.
➢ Credit/Debit Card Fees: If you pay by debit or credit card, please note there will be an additional 2.5% charge on the package cost.
➢ Discounts: Once confirmed, we are unable to provide discounts. Let us know if you have any questions or need further assistance!
Propone and Postpone:-
▪ If you wish to prepone or postpone your travel dates, we kindly request that you inform us via
email at least 10 days in advance.
▪ There will be no charge for postponing or prepping your package; however, additional charges
may apply depending on hotel availability.
▪ Please note that the services and pricing will be subject to the availability of hotels and transport,
as well as the peak or off-peak season. We appreciate your understanding please note that it is
mandatory to inform us 10 days prior to your journey.
▪ Changes to your travel plans cannot be accepted within 10 days of your travel date. However, in
rare cases, such as adverse weather conditions or strikes, we can postpone your package and will
notify you in advance.
▪ Any advance payment made can be utilized within one year from the date of payment.
Terms And Condition:-
❖ The rates mentioned above are valid exclusively for Indian nationals, unless otherwise specified in the quotation.
❖ The quotations provided do not include any confirmed reservations for airlines or hotels. Once the guest accepts the quotation and deposits the advance amount via cheque or cash, we will proceed with processing the reservation. If we are unable to secure the necessary confirmations, the deposited amount will be refunded to the guest.
❖ Once confirmation is received, full and final payment must be made either in cash or by draft when all travel documents are delivered to the guest. For packages booked under our airline group packages, airline tickets may be delivered up to 2 days prior to the group's departure.
❖ Base category rooms will be booked in hotels unless otherwise specified in the quotation. If the selected hotel doesn’t have availability, we’ll secure rooms in a similar hotel or an upgraded category, and any price differences will need to be covered by you.
❖ Any changes to the travel dates on air tickets will be regarded as a cancellation. New tickets will be issued at the applicable fare at that time, and cancellation charges will apply in accordance with the airline's policy.
❖ Any amendments to the date or itinerary should be communicated to us in writing. Please note that the ability to make these changes will depend on the availability of the specified hotels on your requested dates. Our cancellation policy will apply in such cases.
❖ In a tour package, please note that no refund can be issued for unutilized services. It is entirely at the guest’s discretion whether to take advantage of these services or not.
❖ We kindly ask you to carry a valid identity proof card (such as a passport for international travel) that includes your photograph, as it will be required at the airport and during check-in at hotels. Please note that a PAN card is not considered a valid form of identification, so we recommend not bringing it with you.
❖ The check-in time for most hotels is 2 PM, and check-out is by 12 PM. Please note that the number of meals, including breakfast, corresponds to the number of nights booked. Additionally, hotels typically do not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
❖ For early check-ins and late check-outs, any associated payments will need to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
❖ The company cannot be held responsible for any flight misses or for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property in connection with transportation, which may be caused by factors such as strikes, theft, machinery breakdowns, accidents, snowfall, and similar events. Please note that all sightseeing activities are subject to permits, weather conditions, and road accessibility.
❖ During local or national holidays, special events, peak seasons, Sundays, and religious occasions, certain facilities such as museums, churches, restaurants, sightseeing tours, hotels, and shopping may be limited or unavailable. We will do our best to offer alternatives whenever possible. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any closures, necessary itinerary changes, or adjustments that may arise for any reason. Additionally, we provide base category rooms in hotels. In hill stations, we offer Non-AC Rooms & please be aware that AC in cab will not function on Hill Station’s.
